A bug? Timecode sync not working in Cut page multicam

Seeing timecode posts don't look too popular. If this is a known issue can someone save me trouble and confirm?

Two clips from different cameras are used with clock synchronized timecodes. In reviewing the footage, the embedded timecode is perfect, audio/timecode matching frame by frame between the clips.

In the Cut page, multicam sync by timecode aligns the more than a second off. Is this a bug?

I don't use the Cut page.

How exactly are you syncing the footage?
