Clip duration dialog disappears

In 17.1.1 studio when I select the clip and CTRL+D to adjust clip duration , the dialog box appears for about second and then it disappears, leaving only a one digit of the duration flashing.

All updates completed. Any ideas ?

Same problem here. Version 17.2 Build 11

Make sure Display Scaling (for the operating system) is set to 100%.

Same here it fixed it . Thank you

I wonder if BMD can address this issue as I prefer running my PC at 125% scale .
