V.17.1.1 No Mediapool registerbutton on the Media Page

Hello, as the subject of the question says, I am looking for the tab button "Mediapool" on the Media Page in version 17.1.1.
Where is it ?
I can't find it.
The whole mediapage are completely different from version 17.1.
I have no custom display settings and reset the profile.

Click on the Workspace dropdown menu and uncheck Dual Screen>On. You will then see this.

yes exactly that was the problem.
