Clip has no Prewiev, can't see anything, can't export

When I drag my clips into Davinci Resolve 17, only a grey image shows up on the clip, and when I've dragged them into the timeline, the main preview also only shows grey.

If those clips are in H.265 and in 10 bit, that's normal with the free version on a PC.
Or which codec do you have?
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.
