See manual keyframes from tracker in keyframes window

Is there an option to view the manually put keyframes in the tracker window in the keyframes window so that I might be able to move keyframes timing position in the keyframes window. Currently we cannot create keyframes I the tracker and they show up in the keyframes window. But it does in vice versa.
Plus there is no option to move keyframes in the tracker window. Unless I am missing something.
