I have already used the program before, but I has not been using it for a while.

Now I try to use it and it does not open or when it opens, a few minutes later it quit unexpectedly.

I already tried reinstalling the program (I have also deleted the Blackmagic folder) but it is still not working properly and I don't really know how could I solve it.

We can't help solve the problem either with no information.
What exact version of Resolve?
What are your computers' OS, GPU and it's driver version, amount of ram, etc?
The more you tell us the more likely someone can help.

Also, just deleting the Blackmagic folder is not a way to un-install the program if you are using Windows.

Yes, I used the program before too, although it has been a long time to experiment, but now that experiment is not being used. However, I also tried a lot. So that the program keeps running, but the program cannot open. It starts on its own. I reinstalled the program so that it works evenly, but it didn't work at all, but even deleted the deleted Blackmagic folder. But nothing happened to him. All efforts were made. If I want to make my program successful, then anyone who has a solution, let us run that program as well.

As with the previous poster you have given zero information which is no help at all. Does your computer actually meet the required specs?

Brilliant answer, my guess is that the requirements are no longer met, according to the specs shown in your response.
