Can I upload a short video with my post?

Hello,

Can I upload a short video with my post as an attachment to demonstrate my problem better?
I tried uploading about 10s .mov file but is says that it is not supported.

Not to this forum, but upload it to youtube, imgur or similar and post the link, then we can see it.
