Adding effects into track makes davinci useless

Hello,
When i add effects to whole track in [EDIT] Fairlight page in mixer window, Davinci studio start chocking and its useless. I must wait few seconds after click to see reaction.

It starts with newest davinci studio version.

Era D plugins
Windows 10
i7 8700
64GB RAM
1060 GTX

Which GTX 1060 do you have, 3GB or 6GB?
Resolve Studio 18.6.6 build 7

I'm confused. Are you working in Fusion (visual effects) or Fairlight (audio effects)?
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

Try one of the resolve build in audio effects, verify that works.
then try a different third party effect.
it might be an issue with the ERA D effects but we dont have enough info from you to test, nor the effects.
