This morning I couldn't deactivate Resolve and contact support UK and was told the problem was at BM end and would be fixed soon and indeed it was.
Looks like its down again I cannot re Activate now
so will have to wait till its fixed again

Seems to be a lot of folks reporting activation issue this year.
