Hello,

I try to color and finishing a tv program , I use a workstation
DaVinci studio 16.2.8

intel i9 9900K
64 GB di RAM,
GPU nvidia GTX 2060 6GB
OS on M.2 pcie
Ethernet 10 Gbps

Every time I had two type of error
First: The GPU failed to perform image processing
second: render job 1 failed as the current clip could noto be processed

I contact the support many times but with no answer

I send the log file, no answer

I tried everythink I could find on internet

Anyone can help me?

You might try using a high quality Cache to pre-render some problem clips, and then use that Cache for the export.

Which codec and resolution are you trying to export? Any demanding effects, like NR or optical flow etc. ?

The only place where I could pre-render the clip is a Qnap connect with 10Gbps fibre cable, If I made the pre-render in the qnap I could have problem?

I Try to export in avid DNXHR 444 12 bit.
In the timeline there is no fiusion effect only color correction, the footage is DNG, red raw, Canon raw, h265 and h264.
