17.2 Untitled Project

just upgraded DR to 17.2 and now the Untitled Project in my Project Manager cannot be opened anymore; If I right click it, first option is to "save as": is this a change they made? What's its use case if I cannot open it when I need to start a new project from scratch, while I have to click the button on the bottom of the window?
