Consolidate clips in a timeline to create a TK roll

Hello
I have received an .xml timeline file from PP 2020. The genius offline editor dumped a load of cuts into the timeline, most of the clips are duplicate rushes of different lengths.
My goal is to consolidate the timeline clips to create what used to be called a TK roll with each clip having 25 frame handles. (TK roll is a sequence that has the longest length of rushes need for each shot for a colour grade.)

I don't have the media, so a media relink and timeline consolidate will not work. But I figure that there must be a smart way of doing this.
Any thoughts most welcome

I'm not understanding how you can work without the media.

Strange as it might seem, but I will not be using Resolve to grade. I am just prepping the project for someone else and I thought that Resolve might have a function that can manage the data.
In theory, I don't need to the media to do a TK roll.

It seems that Baseight has a similar function to what I am looking for called "Timeline Sort" where it can group timeline clips by timecode.

I'm not familiar with Baselight or TK Roll, but to my thinking, you need that media.

If I'm wrong, someone else will have to chime in and provide details.

Many edit systems do this by consolidating the media and creating a new time line, but I figured with resolve that there might be a magic button that does this. The closest I have found is c mode and show dupes.
