Hi, still trying to sync audio with mute video. When i find a part of the audio that could do the job, is there a way to highlight the excerpt some way (like with a different color) so i can easily match that part with the video sequence in the timeline, or is there another way to obtain the same effect?

yea but markers just show in and out points right ? Isn't there a way to highlight just the waveform itself and f.ex. the related videoframes so to align them more easily visually?

Add markers to both audio and video segments that are in common and move the markers into alignment. You can finesse from there.

yea that kinda does the same, would'ave preferred the ability to color-highlight parts of the tracks though, it's more visually appealing.
