Problems importing MKV videos into 17.2

I have tried to import 7 different MKV videos downloaded from YouTube into 17.2 but it only imports the audio portion. Handbrake has no trouble converting them. Am I missing something?

I did another quick test clip. Same settings as mentioned above, and confirmed the same issue occurs on my second system (also running Resolve Studio 17.2).Shrinivas Ramani wrote:Can you post a shareable link to a sample MKV file?
MKV files are containers. If the video and audio codecs inside are Studio only, or supported only on specific platforms, Resolve will interpret them that way.
It doesn't for me.smunaut wrote:not sure if it supports VP9 inside MKV though.
