vers 17.2 I can't insert between timelines

Now in version 17 it is not possible to send a selected piece from one timeline to another?

Nothing I restart the system and after this with another timeline works well.

Just going by your picture it looks like you want the video to show up in the right hand viewer.

For that you need to create a timeline and put some clips on it. In it's simplest form, just drag the picture in the left hand viewer it the bottom timeline panel and a timeline will be created with that clip inserted.
