Installing DR on a MacBook Pro
Posted: Fri May 14, 2021 1:11 amI had been using V. 16x. I decided to upgrade to V. 17.x. I installed the software. When I tried to open it, I got the screen you see in the attachment except it said 17 not 16.
I decided to go back to V.16, and got the same screen.
I did the uninstall for both 17 and 16. There were lots of remnants on the hard drive, which I scraped off. Still nothing.
Blackmagic helpline won't talk to me since I have the free version; Apple help doesn't know how to speak DaVinci, so I'm up a creek.
Can anybody please help me find out what went wrong and fix it.
