Can not activate License

Hello Guys,
just reinstalled my Davinci Resolve Studio with the newest Version 17.2 and now I can not activate the Product anymore.
Any suggestions?

So, I just downloaded everything and it's complete. The first screen that comes up is in regards to an activation key and I don't have that. Is there any way someone can help me on getting one or is it something that I have to purchase?

You may just have to wait and try again later.
(There's been a lot of folks reporting such problems this year.)

I just opened an support case.
It seems there is a global server issue ongoing.
Should be fixed soon!

Chelsea, an activation key is something you have to purchase from a BMD reseller. You have downloaded and installed the paid Studio version of Resolve. Go back to the download page and select the free version.
