17.2 UI layout

I find this is usually an operating system problem. Flip it back and forth, then store your layout decisions as a Workspace: Workspace -> Layout Presets, then create a name for your layout and recall that. "In general," this should work, but I have encountered OS weirdness once in awhile. Not a Resolve problem per se. Workspace -> Primary Display is supposed to allow you to choose which is the "main" display for Resolve.

It is not a big bother to switch it under Workspace…I was more motivated by reporting my finding as BM seem interested in UI layout stability.

We use a 2-display setup and it's been rock solid. Unfortunately, with 17.2, it "forgets" that we have Gallery Stills up all the time on the second display, and that's a real annoyance (also reported elsewhere). One key for me is, if I run into a problem, I'll reset the GUI and then reload the Preset, and usually I'm good to go for 12 hours with no issue.
