Proxy Media - Audio corruption?

I'm getting random audio corruption when generating dnx 10 bit 1920*1080 proxies from GH5 and Gh5s UHD(4k)10 bit footage.
From about 70 clips (505GB) 25 or so will have full-scale white noise, instead of the proper audio - weird thing is that redoing each clip 'sometimes' fixes this but it's really random.
FPS is the same 25.
Audio, when successful is perfect and synced.
I can get two fails then success on the same clip etc. Anyone else experiencing this?
