Drag multiple images onto the timeline at once

If I mark several pictures and drag them into the timeline, I get all the pictures individually and not a video clip from these pictures as before. In the mediapool under the 3 points I cannot select "show Filmstrip". At the moment I am using version 17.2 under Linux and also under MacOS. It's the same everywhere. Is anyone able to help me? Thanks in advance.

1. Remove the images from the bin.

2. Go to the Media page, and in the menu for the Media Storage panel, make sure Show Individual Frames is unchecked.

3. Navigate to the folder with the Image Sequence and re-import.

OK.

That option only applies to an Image Sequence. If it's not working, then you don't have an Image Sequence.

You would need to rename all the images sequentially outside of Resolve.
