Audio randomly loses sync

I am encountering a weird problem. I am working on the latest release of DaVinci resolve (17.2) on Mac Mini M1. I have no problem editing my videos and sync them with the audio I am externally recording. The issue I am encountering is that audio loses sync with the video randomly. If I restart DaVinci several times (usually one restart solves the problem) the audio comes back in sync. There are times that restarting resolve does not solve my problem and I need to restart the whole machine. After restarting mac mini, everything seems OK.
I encounter the same problem and on another machine (Windows 10 - Same version of DaVinci resolve). I record my videos in DNxHD and their duration may exceed the 1 hour of recording. Does anybody know what the reason behind this problem is?

How's the audio recorded? Specs?

I am using ZOOM F6 to record my audio with the default settings (wav files 32 bit mono)

OK.

I would expect that to work fine. Though I don't have any 32-bit audio for my own work to test. I'm also not seeing a plethora of others reporting issue with such media, so...I'm not sure what to suggest.

If it's a small enough project and not private in any way, maybe share an Archive for others to play with?

Following

Had similar problems with Zoom F6 Sound being 6-17 Frames off, pretty randomly.
Synced via Timecode (Tentacle Sync).
