"Remote Audio" missing in DR 17.2 with Win Remote Desktop

Hi all

DR 17.2 is outstanding.

But I have some audio issues when using Windows Remote Desktop.

In DR 17.1.1, in order to listen the audio remotely, I had do assign "REMOTE AUDIO" do the left and right outputs in the "Video and Audio I/O" configuration:

But in DR 17.2 this is not possible anymore:

Anyone else having the same issue?

I was hoping it was fixed with version 17.2.1, but it still doesn't work.

I also have the same issue Windows Remote Desktop.
In addition to "Video and Audio I/O" configuration, I suppose External Audio should also show up under Fairlight -> Patch Input/Output -> Destination, Audio Outputs

have the same issue on windows10 remote with the resolve 17.2.1 build 12.
maybe its a problem from remoteaudio 22kHz setting?
but i cant change this in windows easily.

are there some workarounds out there?
editing without audio makes no sense *gn

Tested 17.2.2, and I can confirm thaat remote sound is still not working.

Yep getting the same results here. Accidentally made another post before seeing this one. Stuck on 17.1.1 until a fix is sorted.

I have the same issue. I tried various workarounds like installing virtual sound devices but nothing seems to work. I'll look forward for an official fix as well because the update is otherwise totally worth it, if only for the better boot time.

I have this exact problem with Studio 18.6 . All audio turned off, disabled outputs, etc.
