Dongle not detected ...

Hello,

I have been using Resolve Studio 16 for a long time on an old PC.

I just mounted a new PC (I9 11th gen) and I want to install Resolve STUDIO on this PC and also upgrade to version 17.

When opening the program, the system asks for an activation code and does not detect my dongle.
However, the dongle is inserted and the small green led is on.

Why is my dongle not detected?
What to do ?

Try a different USB port. Your new PC might not be happy with the USB 2 dongle in a USB 3 port.
