Reconform from Bins - retain clip color in timeline

Is it possible to reconfrom from bins and retain designated clip colors on the timeline. I am currently using clip color to identify VFX shots, and doing a pre-processing pass on the footage to deNoise and reconform is striping all the clip colors assigned to the source footage on my timeline.
