Saving a fusion composition looses it's iamge/Logo

PostTue May 25, 2021 11:35 pm

Hi there, thanks for adding me, i am very new to Davinci resolve (using the latest version 17.2), but am leaning fast wit all the detailed information which is out there.

I have just created a very simple animated banner, making use of an image (logo), which works fine. However i want to safe this so i can reuse it again and again. By doing that, i seem to loose the used logo/picture. I saved is a macro, or as a settings file (or drfx using the latest Davinci Resolve), but no matter what i do, the used logo is not showing when i attempt to use saved fusion composition ? Do i need to specify something special when i add the logo in the composition ?

Have you tried using a Loader node to bring in your image instead of a MediaIn node?
Win 10 Home | Intel i7 - 10700f 64 GB 1 TB GB SSD 2 TB SSD
RTX-3060 12 GB | Resolve Studio 18.6.6| Fusion Studio 18.6.6

Win 10 Home | Intel Core I7-7700HQ 32 GB 1 TB NVME SSD 1 TB SATA SSD
GTX-1060-6GB | Resolve 17.4.6
