Can't hear sound in library

Hello,
I can't hear the audio preview in the sound library, I can perfetly hear my timeline but not the sounds in the library. Did I missed something?
Edit: config resolve 17.2, intel i7 8 cores, NVIDIA GTX 970, 16Go RAM, Realtek HDaudio.

When previewing assets in the Sound Library is the Control Room metering active in the Meters panel?

Are you able to preview the sound asset if you Audition via the dedicated button in the Sound Library panel (i.e. temporarily placing the asset on the Timeline)?

Yes If I put the sample in the timeline I can hear it. I haven't solved the problem yet, according to what I found it's a windows problem with 17.2. they change something with the bus... It's clearly not intuitive but I hope they find a better solution than patch bus everytime I start a project.

Have you set up the Realtek manually? I ask because that is what I have always done and have no problem auditioning the FX.

I put a grab of my setup. I'm totally lost, I still can't hear the sound library, maybe you'll see something that I don't see.

Fairlight menu > Patch Input/Output and patch as follows:
Source = Control Room Monitor Direct
Destination = Audio Outputs

Does patching direct allow previewing within the Sound Library panel?

I will uninstall everything and restart from scratch.. everything was running fine in 17.1. I really think according to the number of topic in the forum they have a bug with audio under win10. and it's not coming from Black Magic Design :According to last note patch from microsoft they broke surround 5.1 and will fix it later.. it's like you go out for repair your car and they destroy radio and it's not a problem for them to fix it later..
