Proxies not working

Hello! I am using Davinci Resolve Studio 17. I am working with BRAW footage and have made MOV DNxHR LB proxies and imported them into Davinci in their own folder. I have tried "link to proxie media" and nothing happens. When I try to relink proxies using the Reconform method, All of my audio disappears and the clips get scrambled.
Davinci also refuses to use optimized media, though I can clearly see the optimized media exists in my Cache folder. Has anyone else run into this problem? Did you find a solution?
