Hello all,

I downloaded Resolve Studio by mistake (thinking it was just an update) yet am not ready to purchase.

I was using resolve 17, which crashed as I was editing footage and when I tried to open again, only Resolve Studio opens (that's all that is in my applications as well). I don't have a purchase code and no way to access my work right now...

Help?

Thank you Jim. I'm guessing phone support is closed for Memorial day as I got their answering machine. Left an email.

There is no phone support for the free version anyway. Your support is right here.

The free version is usually shown above the paid Studio version in the downloads.
