No scene detection in 17.2.1

I just downloaded the Latest Resolve and after importing my clips, followed the tutorials but see no "Detect scene cuts" in the timeline tab.
There is a "scene cut detector" in the Workspace tab but its grayed out.
What am I doing wrong? Or has that feature been removed?
Appreciate a response.

Hey Peter,
The detect scene cuts does not appear on my interface. Please see attached.

Are you sure you are on 17.2.1 Studio?

No, this is the Free version.
So I'm to assume the Free version does not allow for this.
I looked for the comparisons of the Free version and the Studio version, and difference was not stated. Could you kindly send me a link that shows the differences between the free and the Studio version?
