PostThu Jun 03, 2021 12:48 pm

I am knocking my head against this issue, a file I download from facebook live has bad audio in DR, however plays okay in VLC, MP Classic almost anything else I throw at it, is only DR that has an issue..

Even OpenShot Video Editor handles it...

They all do this, attached is a 30 second example of what I have.. please help..

I have the file available but I cant post the URL to it, the forum wont accept the upload of it,, so imaging if you will I have an audio problem that I cant show you now.... aurgh!!! so frustrated......

New posters can’t post urls. Just put a space in the url and it will work.

If it's from FB live, it's almost certainly variable frame rate which DR won't like. Run it through FFMPEG or Shutter Encoder to convert to an edit-friendly format.

Asus Z87, Intel Core i7-4770 3.4GHz, 24 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 (450.66, supports CUDA 11.0). Old system but runs Resolve remarkably well!

Na, just bring audio in seperatly. Reencoding to CFR will just duplicate or drop frames, which is BS.
