Resolve-blacks levels-decklink card

I'm wondering why when I use a decklink card (blackmagic 3G ultrastudio) I have a black point that sits lower that without it on my reference monitor (calibrated Eizo CG series).
The image looks proper with the decklink card and a bit washed out witout.
As I understand when the signal reaches 0 on the waveform I should get pure blacks right?
I grade in a rec 709 2.4 environment.
