Warper OpenFX, adding additional stretch points

I just used the Warper openFX plugin today, very cool. However, as I completed my keyframed warper shot. I decided to add a couple more stretch points (the white ones) to finesse the animation a bit further, however adding stretch points will only exist for the previous associated keyframe. Once you reach the next existing keyframe, the new stretch points no longer exist. I suppose this makes sense since this is after all the next keyframe which never had those new stretch points.

I've also tried to add a second Warper OFX on to an additional node; this does not work either. What happens is the frame you are at when applying the Warper FX, the warped image produced from the previous node is frozen. This means you are effectively starting from scratch once again.

SO, I guess the question is what is a solution to adding additional stretch points that can coexist on the already multiple keyframes.

I'm thinking you'll need to add those to both keyframes. Start at one, adjust, move to the next, make the same adjustment.

True, that's doable, however, you do not get the same precision, since you have to repeatedly recreate those new stretch/warp points at every keyframe.

My current workaround is if I need to add additional stretch points, I'll put that clip INTO a compound clip and then place the new additional Warper OFX ONTO the compound. Not perfect, but workable.
