Media Offline Image - Change

Is there a setting where I can change the default Media Offline image to something else?

I am working on a project where I have a number of dropouts in a braw file from a BMPCC 6K. I was hoping to change all the "Media Offline" frames to something I could chroma key.

There are no user options for this.

But...you shouldn't be getting that image for media that isn't actually offline.
