Audio breaks after rendering

I am a student and because of Corona, I made my bachelor project alone at home after filming. It's ready but if I render the film (23 minutes), every few seconds there are miliseconds of breaks in the audio. It's not the case in the project itself. I already rendered the audio only, but the problem is still there. I hope, my problem is stupid, it means that the solution is near.
The media is on a 4 TB harddrive from WD Elements. My PC is from Mifcom. Processor AMD FX(tm)- 8300 Eight-Core. 3.30 GHz. Windows 64. 8 GB RAM.. Other projects worked on it, but they were not so big.
Even if my PC is not that strong, is there a possibilitiy to solve that problem?
