Unable to correctly view my PSD file in Fusion

I recently created a fairly complex vector art and exported it as PSD file. The drawing has a lot of layers and I was wondering is there a limit on how complex a PSD file can be for Resolve to process in Fusion because whenever I try to import, they are imported as a single merged layer. I've attached an examples in my google drive. Anyone know the reason for this? Thank you.
