Correct way of exporting a 25p video in 50i for broadcast.

Hello, I wanted to ask what is the correct way to export a 25p video in 50i for broadcast. What I tried to do was to import the video into Resolve and export it using MXF OP1A as the container, choosing XDCAM MPEG2 as the codec, ticking the "interlaced rendering" box and choosing Top Field First in the field choice. The problem is that when I play the rendered file, it looks blurry, like out of focus. Is this something typical of the conversion and should I not worry or is there a step that I skipped?

How should I do it correctly?

And also, how could I export it in 60i instead of 50i? (Some stations asked me to deliver in 60i)
