How to do simple render workflow...

I go quick to the point! Can somebody explain me a simple rendering workflow? I found too issue inside, render cache, render in place, render color output, render fusion on off auto etc etc... For example fom my Tv series, i've got up my all my clips a simple png logo. If i set to render color output on my lower clips, if i enable my top png logo file, every rendered color cache output disappear. If i rerender all in cache and on export tab i force to use render cached images, davinci doesn't recognise my rendered color output under my png logo layer.
Why davinci is so so so so so vast to do simple and clean workflow task as to do a simple render clips timeline, or to generate optimized media/do proxy media, do timeline proxy mode? For example, if you generate a render color cache output, and the you select a proxy timeline, half/quarter resolution, davinci doesn't take cached clips on our ssd, but it takes the original clips with all the effects in real time...
