Custom FPS for Timeline

Hello guys,

I have some videos from cctv. This clips have 10 fps, and is enough for me.
How can I create a timeline with 10 fps? Is possible? I don't want to change the framerate.

It's not possible to go that low.

You might try a consumer level NLE for that footage. You may find it more forgiving than a professional NLE.
