Re-enable stripped/disconnected audio

I'm bringing in a Resolve project created by the Atem Mini Pro ISO. Over a 30 minute program there are many cuts. When I open the project, the timeline initially references the MP4 files that that were created by the Atem for each take. If I go into the Cut page and click "Show Camera Originals" then the camera generated raw files are substituted. But the audio is still referencing the MP4 Atem file.
I would like the audio to be the tracks that are part of the RAW camera files instead. I can do this clip by clip if I click on Clip/Match Frame to Source Clip and then do an overwrite. But this is very tedious. Is there way to enable the audio doing a mass select in the time-line without having to do overwrites on hundreds of clips?
