Davinci Resolve (17.2.1) subtitle issue

Since I updated to version 17.2.1 I have an issue with subtitle files. If a project has a frame rate other than 24, it's added about 3 seconds in the time lines.
For example: a subtitle starts at 01:00:00,000 in Davinci but in the exported file it's written 01:00:03,599.

I found a workaround changing the timeline starting timecode to 00:00:00:00.
