Apple Magic Mouse DaVinci 17.2.1

One of the main reasons I started editing in DaVinci is the Cut page. I loved that I could just flick my finger across my Apple Magic Mouse to scroll. It greatly sped up the initial cutting of footage and allowed m etc keep my eyes on the footage but now that I have upgraded to the full version the Cut page no longer works that way. It works like the damn edit page where I have to click on the vertical red bar/play head, click and hold and drag to move that.

I hate editing this way because I endlessly have to take my eye away from the preview and try to find the play head! Argh!!

Does anyone know a way to change this back too the way it was or am a just screwed???

Bog standard JKL editing works fine on Cut.

The Speed Editor might also be to your liking. Have you checked that out?

MY BAD!!!! There was a simple control on the cut page I needed to change.
I don't know how to delete this post or I would.
