I am trying to install davinci resolve 17 and when the installer pops up it gives me the options DaVinci Control Panels, Blackmagic RAW player, and Fairlight audio Accelerator Utility. If anyone could help me find out how to install that would be great.

Thanks.

Have you downloaded the installer from BM's website, and does your computer meet the minimum specs?

Keep in mind the editing software is not listed as an option because the editor is built into DaVinci Resolve. If you are just getting started with Resolve you should be okay with the default settings during the setup process. That is assuming your system can handle Resolve (see prior answers for minimum settings).

After downloading and extracting the file, double clicking on it should, after a while, take you to this.

As I already have the Control Panels and Raw Player installed, it only shows these options. With DaVinci Resolve selected click Install and wait for and follow the on-screen prompts. If DaVinci Resolve is missing, it is either already installed (you can check in Control Panel/Programs and Features), your system is not capable of running it, you don't have enough disk space, or the original download has a problem.
