Fairlight Interface

I have the UltraStudio 4K mini and found out today that it will not work ( or is not working) when trying to use it in Fairlight. Right now I am looking for audio interfaces that will work within Fairlight.

I know there is the new Blackmagic USB DAW controller for $3,500 but would like to not have to get that right now. Can anyone recommend either an audio interface and/or a DAW controller that will work with Fairlight and audio plug-ins?

What is everyone using?

It's working fine for me with an Audient id44 usb interface on one computer and also fine with a gen 1 silver face UAD Apollo firewire on another computer.

Sometimes with 17.2 It still needs reminding on launch to find the interface manually
