Changing clips' order - Training Tutorial

Following instruction on page 42 of Resolve 17.2.10012 Training Tutorial to move & insert the last clip (5th) in-between 2nd & 3rd clips had resulted in 3rd clip being deleted while the first part of the 4th clip was replaced by this 5th clip. The total clips after this action (of trying to Change the Clips' Order) was 4 vs. 5 (as prior to this action).
Numerous attempts produced the same result, so it could not be error due to my execution.
Is this a glitch/error in the program?
