I cannot change the Y value in transform box. Help!!!

I am trying to use an image overlay on top of my edit. I need it at the bottom of the video and I cannot change the value to more than + or - 200. What kind of stupidity is this lol? Please see attached image. Any help will be appreciated.

It looks like you have Smart Reframe enabled, if you want to move the clip around manually I would disable it. That might fix your issue since you shouldn't have any trouble normally moving the image around as much as you want.
