Seeking advice on Background Color change

Hello,
I have a lot of sunflower shots swaying in the wind. Unfortunately is the sky really yucky.
I have never done this so I seek advice here.
Any possibility to get a nice blue as background?
I think the biggest problem is that the flower and leaves move a lot.
(It seems to me that I can not upload motion clips, so I just upload a screen shot)
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Dorian

The technique is called Sky Replacement. YouTube has tutorials.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

You could try just using a qualifier and adjusting the blue channel in Curves. In this example I have pushed the blue to show the difference.

Thank you Jim and Charles for your suggestions!
Charles, the adjustment of the color channel works best!
Skyreplacement would not work so well, because the flowers move too much.
