Fairlight Zoom Timeline using command + and -

PostWed Jun 23, 2021 2:57 pm

Using the keyboard and pressing command + or Command - only zooms in and out it you use the + or - keys on the main keyboard. If your keyboard also as a number pad to the right of it, like the Editor keyboard, or an Apple extended keyboard, then the command + and - keys will not zoom the timeline in or out.

Numpad Plus and Minus keys are for timecode entry.

The Plus or Minus keys are a "GoTo" function and auto-select the Timecode Reader's entry field.

In Keyboard Customisation (All Commands > View > Zoom) you can assign Command + Numpad Plus to Zoom In and Numpad Minus to Zoom Out.
