Resolve doesn't pass the Splash Screen - GTX 1050 Notebook

Guys, let's see who can help me...
I tried to install version 17.2.1, 17.2 and 16.2.8 on my PC and in both 3 versions the software doesn't pass the Splash Screen.

I did clean installs, cleaned the registry, updated the video card drivers and it still didn't work.

Below is the description of my Notebook

Brand: Avell

This is the third such post I'm finding today! Might be a related issue! Anyways, when this happened to me, the cause was the Intel HD Graphics driver (it had updated its drivers such that they were incompatible with Da Vinci Resolve, causing the program to go no further than the splash screen). I disabled them (or rolled them back to their previous versions- not sure exactly what I did), and Resolve started up.

Maybe your issue is something related.
