Timeline zoom on colour page

V17 now requires that we hold alt + mouse scroll wheel to zoom in and out of the timeline on the colour page. Previously we didn’t have to press alt. Why has this changed? I see no benefit. Can it please be put back as it was, or at the very least a user pref added to disable it?
