Adding titles to timeline then title media goes offline?

Hi. I just upgraded to Davinci 17.2.1 and Im on a brand new MacBook pro. Im having issues with adding Titles in the effects library. I drag a title in, I can see it working on the timeline, then it renders out with a blue line above it and immediately reads as media offline?? Please help. Thank you
